Frequently Asked Questions About the Aasaan Partner Program

If your network includes builders, developers, construction companies, consultants or other relevant decision-makers, one way to create additional revenue from those relationships is through a construction technology referral or channel partnership. With Aasaan, you identify companies that may have a genuine requirement, make the introduction and allow the Aasaan team to take the product and commercial conversation forward. If the opportunity successfully becomes eligible business, partner earnings are calculated according to the applicable referral or channel partner structure.

The Aasaan Channel Partner Program allows eligible construction professionals, consultants and organisations to generate revenue by introducing and developing relevant construction business opportunities for Aasaan. The program currently includes a referral/recommendation option and Affiliate, Silver, Gold and Platinum channel partner tiers with different eligible one-time, subscription and renewal revenue percentages.

The program gives professionals who already have construction industry relationships a way to build an additional revenue channel without developing their own software product. The partner brings market relationships and industry context, while Aasaan provides the construction technology and handles the product and commercial journey.

    No.

There is currently no joining fee, deposit or required upfront investment to enter the Aasaan partner program.

The only joining fee is trust.

Aasaan wants partnerships to begin with genuine relationships and business value rather than somebody paying for the right to participate.

No upfront investment is required under the current program structure. Partners contribute through their relationships, market understanding and ability to identify or develop relevant opportunities.

Once Aasaan receives the eligible payment from the client, applicable partner commission is generally processed within approximately one week, including applicable GST according to the agreed commercial and invoicing terms.

A relevant business opportunity introduced by the partner can count as a referral when it successfully converts under the applicable partner arrangement. The opportunity must also satisfy Aasaan's attribution rules, particularly where the company may already be in an advanced sales conversation with Aasaan.

A genuine referred opportunity can still count if it eventually closes even when the sales cycle takes several months. A long sales cycle by itself does not remove the partner's contribution.

An existing company in Aasaan's network does not automatically disqualify the partner. If the opportunity is still at an early stage and the partner meaningfully develops it, there can still be a partner opportunity. If Aasaan has already sent a proposal or the deal has reached an advanced stage close to closure, it would generally not be treated as a new partner-generated referral.

Aasaan follows a contribution-led approach. Where multiple partners are connected to the same company, attribution generally goes to the partner who meaningfully develops the opportunity and helps bring it to closure. The aim is to reward genuine business contribution rather than simply the first person to submit a company name.

Under the current program structure, applicable renewal commission continues every year while the eligible referred client continues with Aasaan, subject to the applicable partner agreement.

Yes. Applicable channel partner tiers include renewal revenue. If an eligible referred customer continues renewing Aasaan, the relevant renewal percentage can continue each year while the customer remains with Aasaan.

No territory restriction currently prevents an Aasaan partner from developing relevant opportunities outside their own city. Your construction network may span one city, multiple states or several regions across India.

Yes. Geographic distance alone does not prevent you from introducing a relevant business. If you have a trusted relationship with a construction company outside your own state, the opportunity can still be discussed with Aasaan.

Yes, civil engineers can apply. Engineers frequently build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, project managers and business owners. If a company within that network has a genuine requirement for better construction technology, the engineer may be well positioned to make an introduction.

Architects can apply. Their relationships with developers and project owners can make them particularly relevant when requirements involve drawings, approvals, design coordination, documents or wider project management.

Yes. PMCs often understand operational problems across several construction companies and projects. This allows them to identify relevant technology requirements with more context than a generic lead source.

They can apply. Suppliers often maintain longstanding relationships with contractors, purchase teams, project managers, builders and developers. Where a customer has a genuine operational challenge that may be relevant to Aasaan, the supplier can make a contextual introduction.

Yes, they can apply. Consultants who already advise construction companies on software, ERP or digital transformation may find Aasaan relevant when the client's requirements are specifically construction-oriented.

No. Your strongest value may be your understanding of construction and your relationships within the industry. You should understand Aasaan well enough to recognise when it may be relevant, but Aasaan handles the deeper product and commercial conversation.

The program can potentially operate alongside an existing profession because a partner can begin simply by making relevant introductions. However, professionals should always follow their employer's policies, contracts and conflict-of-interest requirements.

There is no magic number. A smaller network containing trusted decision-makers can be significantly more valuable than thousands of weak contacts. Network quality, relevance and trust matter more than contact volume.

Focus on construction businesses that have a genuine reason to evaluate a connected construction platform. Signals can include multiple projects, heavy Excel dependency, fragmented WhatsApp communication, weak management visibility, procurement problems, manual workforce processes, drawing revision issues or a broader digital transformation initiative.

A referral partner may primarily introduce relevant opportunities. A channel partner is generally more actively involved in developing repeatable Aasaan business. The current tiered model includes Affiliate, Silver, Gold and Platinum structures tied to six-month revenue targets.

The current referral/recommendation-only model provides 5% of the applicable subscription amount, subject to the final agreed program terms and eligibility.

The current Platinum tier lists a 30% subscription revenue share for partners generating ₹30 lakh or more in the applicable six-month revenue period, subject to the agreed commercial terms.

Aasaan can review the opportunity, verify account status, understand the company's requirement, take the business through relevant product demonstrations and commercial discussions and manage the customer journey. If the opportunity becomes eligible business, applicable partner economics are then processed according to the agreed arrangement.

The existing partner process is designed so that Aasaan takes the prospect through the product and commercial journey. Partners can therefore focus on recognising genuine opportunities and opening the right conversations.

Yes. The current program includes a referral/recommendation-only model, allowing professionals who do not want to build a full channel operation to participate through genuine introductions.

Your recommendation carries your professional reputation. Understanding Aasaan helps ensure that you introduce the platform only when there is a credible fit. A relevant recommendation strengthens trust between you, the prospect and Aasaan.

No. Partner earnings depend on eligible opportunities successfully generating business and the applicable commercial terms. Commission percentages or calculator results should never be interpreted as guaranteed income.

The current public structure uses revenue-based partner tiers rather than positioning the program around a maximum number of introductions. Relevant high-quality opportunities can help partners progress through the applicable tier structure.

Yes. A channel partnership is specifically suited to professionals who can repeatedly identify relevant opportunities across their network.

If it is a genuine eligible referral introduced by you and it eventually converts, the longer sales cycle itself does not prevent the referral from counting.

Where multiple partners are involved, Aasaan applies a contribution-led approach. The partner who meaningfully develops the opportunity and is able to bring it to closure is generally the one credited.

Eligible commission is processed including applicable GST according to the invoicing and commercial structure agreed between Aasaan and the partner.

Look for business problems rather than simply company size. Multiple active sites, poor reporting, excessive Excel dependency, fragmented WhatsApp communication, material-control problems, manual attendance, document confusion and disconnected systems are all useful signals that a conversation may be worthwhile.
